Can I refill a cylinder that is a different brand?

Yes — that is the refill exchange. The empty you surrender can be a brand we support (Vengas, Stabex, TotalEnergies and more), and the filled cylinder you receive need not be the same brand. It is priced across three things: the brand of the empty, the brand of the filled cylinder, and the size — and a cross-brand exchange costs more than a same-brand one. The app shows you the price before you place the order.

What sizes do you sell and refill?

We sell and refill these sizes: 3, 6, 12, 13, 15, 20, 25, 38, 40, 45 and 50 kg. On a refill exchange the empty you surrender and the filled cylinder you receive are always the same size — moving up or down a size means buying a new cylinder instead.

Cash on delivery, to the delivery agent, when your order reaches your door. Nyange does not take card or mobile-money payments online.

Is there a deposit on a new cylinder?

No. A new cylinder is an outright purchase: you own the cylinder and the gas, there is no deposit, and there is no obligation to return it. If it is later lost or damaged, you buy a new one — that is a purchase, not a refill.
